Standing Samurai series-
Exercise 2.

This 12 part series is designed to Free your body from the ground up, creating a more Focused- Centered- Integrated- Aware- Relaxed and Present feeling in the body.

The exercises in this series are all amazing as stand alone exercise that can be done at any time or any location throughout the day, ideally without shoes but still beneficial if bare feet are not possible.

Or the exercise can build on each other until you have my full Standing Samurai series and can experience for yourself how amazing you can feel and the benefits that come from that.

Don't be fooled by the simplicity, this is an incredible routine for radically transforming your body- Spiritually, Mentally, Emotionally and Physically.
